Our hotel is located near an ancient Roman site overlooking the Old Appian Way Park. Up to the 1920s it was part of a family-run farm and even today our house has maintaned a rustic feel.
Located between EUR and Cristoforo Colombo street, near the old and new Fair of Rome it is easily reached from Rome's two airports.
We have 46 single and double rooms, bar, breakfast room, lobby. Ample free parking space is available. Trees and gardens surround the hotel to provide our guests with peace of mind.
Each room has a colour TV,air conditioned, telephone and mini-bar.
Buffet Breakfast and daily cleaning of the room complete the service. Internet connection is also available to our guests.
We offer accommodation for short, medium and long stays with special rates for longer stays.

You can reach the downtown core by car or by public transportation. The bus stops right in front of the hotel.
