This charming loft with its own roof is situated in the heart of Trastevere, a short way away from the most famous monuments and enchanting squares of the old town centre: Piazza Navona, Campo de Fiori, Piazza Venezia…St’ Peter’s Basilica is quite near too.

In these places you can both savour the history of the “old Rome” and amusing yourself walking on Trastevere alleys in the night.

This flat has been refurbished a short time ago being planned to the last detail and makes it possible to enjoy an unforgettable stay in Rome.

This two-level house has an independent entrance; on the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchenette and a fireplace; the bathroom with a shower is also on this floor.

On the upper floor there is a double room with all comforts; from this room you can have access to a balcony and look to the roofs around.

This house is equipped with an autonomous heating system, an air conditioning system, a TV set, a DVD player, an oven and a microwave oven, a washing machine and a refrigerator.

The service we offer to our guests includes the cleaning at the beginning and at the end of stay, bed linen and towels.
Home consumptions and taxes are also included in the price. For 2 or 4 persons!

7/10 - Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral und doch ruhig in einer Seitenstrasse. Für 4 Personen ist die Ferienwohnung zu klein, auch wenn es angeboten wird. Der Balkon ist toll und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. (Guest from Stuttgart, DE)
